Trainees, students, volunteers (BFD + FSJ), military personnel and community service volunteers, senior citizens, Berlinpass holders, EasyCityPass Berlin, members of AIAP Italia, ALGII and receivers of social benefits, disabled persons.   

Free admission (Upon showing a valid card):

Guided tours for groups (only by appointment)
For those who would like to learn more about the Letter Museum and the stories behind our exhibits, we offer guided tours in German and English.
Externally planned guided tours as well as guided tours for third persons must be requested and approved by the Buchstabenmuseum – costs may apply.
